Our team brings 20+ years of transformation delivery across financial services, aviation, insurance, manufacturing and the public sector, informed by behavioural science, grounded in emotional intelligence, and built for the complexity of AI-era change.
I'M DONNA
I launched Pulse because I've spent over 20 years inside complex transformations
in financial services, aviation, manufacturing, insurance, and the public sector and I kept seeing the same pattern.

The strategy was solid. The technology was ready. And the people expected to make it real were overwhelmed, under-equipped, and carrying the weight of every change that came before.
Most organizations respond to this by pushing harder. More communications, more training, more "change management." I decided to build something different.Â
In the Change Connection Lab  we address what traditional change management misses: the structural misalignment, the cognitive gaps, the emotional scar tissue, and the capacity overload that silently kill adoption from the inside.
I don't believe in change that exhausts people. I believe in building the capacity and capability at every level of an organization, to lead it, absorb it, and sustain it. That's what Pulse does.
